This sleek and contemporary villa offers breathtaking panoramic ocean views and is ideal for families or a group of friends. As soon as you enter the door you will be drawn by the ocean views. The green tropical foliage edged with the turquoise rim of the private swimming pool create an intimate, peaceful atmosphere. This is a perfect place to relax with a glass of champagne and totally forget the world and detox from stress back home.
Inside, the clean modern design of the house brings the outside in with large sliding doors exposing the expansive terrace with the pool. The living room is an eclectic mix of contemporary and elegant furniture with spaces for seating and dining. The great room is air-conditioned, or alternatively opens to the tropical breeze helped by two powerful fans on the high ceiling. Polished marble floors visually connect the spaces.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV with Netflix, so there is obviously a good wifi internet connection.
The three air-conditioned bedrooms in this villa have marble floors and Kings beds. Two suites have ensuite bathroom, while third bathroom has a bathroom with shower just next to it (outside entrnace) . All suites have air conditioning, mosquito nets and ample storage space. The master suite has its own flat screen TV. Two bedrooms open onto the pool deck and offer fabulous views of the pool and the ocean.
Access to the villa is easy, a paved driveway leads you to the private parking for 2 vehicles just in front of the entrance of the villa.

The immaculate kitchen pairs beautifully with the flow of the house. In deep grey and white, the kitchen opens to the living/dining area, connecting the chef with his group thanks to the work space at the oversized kitchen island with bar counter. The kitchen is a pleasure to use, stocked with appliances that range from a dishwasher to a double door fridge and a Nespresso machine. It offers a double door refrigerator with freezer and ice-maker, Dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove , Stainless steel oven and microwave, Coffee maker, Nespresso machine, a blender, a double toaster and a complete set of lovely upscale flatware, dinnerware, cookware.
