Villa Sky Blue is a deluxe 5 bedroom/5.5 bathroom villa located in Dawn Beach Estate on the Dutch side of the island. Dawn Beach Estate is a gated community with 24 hour security at the entrance and the main town Philipsburg can be reached within a 15 minutes drive for your duty free shopping. Beautiful sandy Dawn Beach is only a short walk away from villa Sky Blue. Dawn Beach Estate is a popular vacationing area because of the nice Atlantic breeze and stunning views. Several of our rental villas are located in this area. The name villa “Sky Blue” explains already that you will get breathtaking views of the blue sky mixed with the exotic blue colors of the ocean. The island of St. Barth will be visible in the distance as well as some rock formations. Sky Blue villa stands apart from other villas in the area due to its beautiful architectural design. Every room in the villa offers amazing views with attention to every detail.

The villa’s two-level space, rooms, terrace area and private pool join together in a flowing space and the exquisite use of textures and color creating a perfect mix of modern and Caribbean chic style.

The main level offers spacious, open concept living and dining areas which are elegantly furnished. The indoor dining area offers seating for up to 8 persons.The living area offers a spacious area for family & friends with comfortable seating that faces a large flat screen television with Cable TV. There is a DVD/CD player, IPod Dock & surround sound system for your enjoyment.

The very impressive gourmet kitchen is a dream for those of you who love to cook. The kitchen features granite counter tops, modern state-of-the-art deluxe stainless steel appliances, large wine cooler, place settings, silverware, accessories and fully equipped for you to make that gourmet meal.

Large sliding glass doors open onto the outdoor terrace area with infinity pool where you may enjoy the wonderful views and gentle trade winds. By the pool area, there are comfortable seating areas under the covered terrace areas and lounge chairs for you to bask in the Caribbean Sun.

The villa features 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two large bedrooms are located at the entry level, same level as the living room, pool and kitchen areas.The other two bedrooms are located on the lower level of the villa.A large covered terrace is located in front of all bedrooms for outdoor relaxing.
The 5th bedroom is also located on the lower level of the villa.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen Cable TV, walk-in closet, personal safe and en-suite bathroom with stone tub, double sinks, bidet and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a king size bed, closet space and en-suite bathroom with shower.
