Most of the villa owners located in the Oyster Pond/Dawn beach area on the Dutch side are offering a special discount for this upcoming Holiday Season.
The promotion is as follows and hope you will visit beautiful and sunny St Maarten !
Valid for Christmas & New Year’s week bookings (7 nights accepted) between December 19, 2020 – January 15, 2021 (the week has to make sense to the owners so both Holiday weeks can be rented. For example a week from Dec.19 – 26 or one week from Dec. 26 -Jan 2).
Book by August 31, 2020 and get the 7th night free. When booking after the Aug 31,2020 – 10% discount is offered (bookings for 7 nights or more). The final balance payment will be due 90 days before arrival (was 90 days) Reservations can be cancelled up to 60 days prior to arrival (was non-refundable before for bookings during the Holidays)
