Villa Felicite is truly a unique property with private pool overlooking the ocean at the Eastern side of the island
It is located in the gated Ocean View Terrace Community (across from Dawn Beach Estate) and is less than a 5 minute drive to sandy Dawn beach.

The villa is split into two levels: the main level has an air-conditioned living area, kitchen and master bedroom and bath, and the lower level (with outside separate entrance) has a bedroom and full bath.

The main level pool deck/patio offers stunning views from the living, dining and kitchen area. The villa boasts a kitchen with modern appliances. The living areas are truly indoor/outdoor. The entire side of the villa facing the pool and ocean is made of sliding glass doors creating spectacular views from everywhere on the main level.

Outside, the pool is set on a tiled deck which offers seating for on comfortable teak lounge chairs and a large wooden table with four chairs.

Felicite offers two bedrooms and two full baths. Each bedroom has a king size Mahogany bed and an en-suite custom bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has French doors that open onto a deck overlooking the sea and villas below.

This villa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a wonderful Caribbean holiday with breathtaking views of the sea and the neighboring island of St. Barth in the distance.
