SYSTEM FAILURES AND RATE ADJUSTMENTS

BlueOceanVillas LLC’s local agent and the property owner make every reasonable effort to ensure that amenities and systems are in place, in working order, and the descriptions are as accurate as reasonably possible. The Guest recognizes and agrees that décor, colors, inventories and amenities may change at the property owner discretion. In case of a maintenance problem, BlueOceanvillas LLC’s local agent will strive to have the problem resolved as soon as possible and maintains full time maintenance personnel to help achieve this. However, the Guest understands that St Maarten & St Martin are developing countries lacking in significant infrastructure and with an inadequate supply of quality trades people and parts. Unforeseen failures of any system such as electricity, water, air conditioning, telephone, television or satellite service, internet service, appliances, etc. may be beyond the ability of BlueOceanvillas LLC’s local agent to rapidly repair.

No refund or rate adjustment shall be made for any system failure or disturbance outside of the villa beyond the control of BlueOceanvillas LLC including construction or loud parties at neighboring villas.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

Travellers to St Martin & St Martin are required to present a valid passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D. and travel document information must match tickets. Please check your State Department website for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are travelling to and find out the entry requirements for non- St Martin & St Martin citizens. Traveling internationally requires a valid passport and depending upon your nationality, you may need to obtain one or more visas.

Please assume and understand that there is a risk involved with your travel and your travel activities and/or excursions. BlueOceanVillas LLC, strongly advise you to buy trip cancellation insurance in case of trip interruptions like flight delays or cancellations, tropical storms or inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency.
