Villa Baie Longue Beach House, Long Beach Bay, French St Martin
The Baie Longue Beach House is wonderful, West Indian style beach front villa located directly on the Baie Longue Beach (Long Beach) with over a mile of shimmering white sand.
The home was completely renovated in 1996 and in 2003 has had more extensive renovations including a new portico entry way, extended living area and an indoor/outdoor bar overlooking the pool area. In 2016 the umbrella’s and lounge cushions have been replaced in colorful red.
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a king size bed and two queen size beds, each with their own en-suite baths. All three bedrooms open out to a covered gallery that runs the full length of the villa. Two of the bedrooms also open into the main living areas of the villa. There is a large open air living/dining room with direct access to the covered gallery. Outdoors there is ample space for covered dining and enjoying the wonderful ocean view. The music system has speakers in almost every room as well as outside. Marble floors throughout give this Caribbean rattan and antique furnished home a very comfortable feeling.
A large heated swimming pool between the house and the beach is a wonderful place to relax and spend the day lounging.

The 3 bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning and fans. Master bedroom does offer a king bed and the other 2 bedrooms do have queen beds.
All bathrooms have showers and hair dryers.

| The heated pool will only be heated during the winter months from December 16 to April 15. The highest temperature is limited to 86 degrees Fahrenheit/30 degrees Celcius. If you have a temperature preference please let us know so we can set this prior to your arrival. Guests are not allowed to change the pool temperatures. |
