There is also a luxurious bathroom with a fully enclosed glass shower. Also included are a large walk-in closet, equipped with a safe, linens , LED lighting, air conditioning, ceiling fans, high speed internet access and DISH LED Television. In addition, a nice desk area is also available. There is a queen sized bed with the softest linens known to man in addition to an inside seating area and an outside upper level deck. This outside deck has comfortable seating and an umbrella for shade. Additional seating is available on the lower patio level. Access to the ground level laundry and a full outside bathhouse is included as well as private access to the magnificent Simpson Bay Beach. All windows have rolling shutters, and the Guest House is fully alarmed with your own keypad panel along with a video intercom and door bell. Parking for one car available inside the gated drive. Full automatic generator backup is included along with regular maid service.
The views overlooking the blue ocean are so spectacular that you will never want to leave.
