Located on the 2nd Floor, the Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed, Cable TV, air conditioning with direct view of the ocean and walk-in closet. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a standing Italian style shower, sink hair dryer and toilet

Bedroom 2:
Located on the 2nd floor, can connect to the master bedroom if it is a family with kids or can be locked for privacy if it is a group of adults. This room offer two queen size beds, air conditioning a standing closet and cable TV. The bedroom has a bathroom that is across from the bedroom and is equipped with a single bowl sink, shower, toilet and hairdryer.

Bedroom 3:
Located on the 2nd floor, the third Bedroom offers a king-size bed, air conditioning and standing closet and Cable TV. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with single bowl sink, shower and hairdryer.

Bedroom 4:
Located on the lower level, the fourth Bedroom is a separate apartment unit within the villa that has a second kitchen fully equipped with a stove, sink, fridge and has air conditioning. The room offers a king-size bed with direct ocean view, air conditioning standing closet and Cable TV. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with single bowl sink, shower and hairdryer.

Bedroom 5 (the “+1”)
Located on the lower level, the fifth option Bedroom use to be the owner’s office that was converted into a bedroom. That room has 2 single beds, cable TV, standing closet no windows but has a communicating door to the 4th bedroom that can be closed for privacy and the main room door can also be used. The bedroom has a bathroom across the hall way , with a single bowl sink, shower and hairdryer.

Kitchen Description

The open concept kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cook top, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker and a full supply of china, glasses, cooking utensils, crockery and pots.

Living Room Description

The open living room and dining room have great natural cross breeze being on the ocean. The dining room area seat 10 with views on the ocean and the pool. The breakfast table has 6 seating which is also great use when a huge family staying. The Living area has a flat screen TV, 3 couches and is great to relax put your feet up and enjoy a game
