Casa Sand is a beautiful 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom ocean view villa nestled in the hills of Anse Marcel on French St. Martin. Anse Marccel lies to the very North of the island and offers some breathtaking panoramic views. The secluded Anse Marcel beach and Marina (Port de Lonvilliers) are located on the bottom of this hillside.
Villa Casa Sand is a very private villa surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and offers a large heated infinity chlorine free pool, a spacious terrace with outdoor dining and a charming gazebo built into the hillside.

It offers air-conditioning throughout and has a large living /dining area with an open gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar. The comfortable the living room is filled with art pieces and the tall glass sliding doors opening for the whole length onto the pool terrace. The three bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms, the master and second bedroom can be accessed from the living area and the 3rd bedroom has it’s own separate entrance from the terrace. Very secluded and tranquil but within easy reach of the Anse Marcel marina and beach.
