A romantic stone path with lush trees on both side leads you to the entrance from where you can immediately see the majestic views. Inside, the main space is spectacular with elegant furnishings. A refined and comfortable living room with many sofas offers all the comfort you need to relax. The furniture is in precious wood, with sublime Indian and Oriental art pieces and paintings, and luxurious fabrics all in a palette of red and bronze. This amazing open floor main space is connected to a shaded outdoor Thai style living space decorated with large sofas and stylish cushions.

The large kitchen, fully equipped with the latest appliances, has a central island and a large bar to enjoy drinks or your best dish. There is an inside dining open as well as outside dining with outdoor kitchen which offers a pizza oven and bbq grill

Four of the five bedrooms are located on the main level and all offer king size beds.
On the lower level (pool level) you will find the 5th bedroom bedroom with it’s own independent outside access via the staircases. The five bedrooms all have air conditioning, private bathrooms and dressing rooms offering either a stunning view overlooking the lush garden or the ocean.

The oversized infinity pool overlooks the clearwater of the sea. On either side you can find lounging areas and a gazebo with a bar. The perfect spot to enjoy the sun from morning till the colorful Caribbean sunsets in the evening.

Long Bay and Plum Bay beaches, two of the most beautiful white sandy beaches, are only a few minutes away. The villa is conveniently located a short to the dynamic and festive nightlife in Maho and a further 20 minutes Simpson Bay neighborhoods for great restaurants and live music. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are only 5 minutes at Porto Cupecoy or Nettle Bay while the international airport (SXM) is only 15 minutes door to door.

All 5 bedrooms offer king size beds, ensuite bathrooms, TV’s, fridges, air conditioning, hair dryers and ceiling fans.
They all do have exterior access and one bedroom can be accessed from the interior as well.
The 5th bedroom is located on the lower (pool) level with access from outside staircase.
