This villa is very spacious and is the perfect vacation spot for a large group, but can also rented by smaller parties since a 3,4,5 and 6 bedroom rental rate is offered. Secluded Dawn Beach is a short trip down the hill and is a prime spot for swimming, snorkeling and water sports. You can spend your days, enjoying day sails to nearby islands, scuba diving, boating, fishing, shopping, casinos and the best dining in the Caribbean. The villa is located near Philipsburg and is only a short drive to Grand Case, famous for the outstanding restaurants.

Stroll along-side the tropical garden or barefoot across the tiled deck while witnessing over 30 yachts navigating Oyster Pond. Surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping and spectacular views, Paradiso offers complete escape with rewarding amenities. The pool is large, has a Jacuzzi and a generous deck for very private sun bathing.

Inside, you will relax on lavish beds and furniture while savoring air-conditioning throughout the home. The living room has cable TV with US channels, CD and stereo player. There are ample sitting areas in the large living room and splendid views of the ocean. The open plan living room has cathedral ceiling, air-conditioning and several remarkable ceiling fans that copy the shape of airplane propellers.

This villa is fully furnished and has a complete modern American kitchen with all necessary amenities, from dishwasher to ice-maker, from ceran cooktops to microwave. The kitchen has air-conditioning, and opens to the dining area to one side, and to the covered terrace to the other.

The pool is large and there is Jacuzzi all overlooking amazing ocean views.
There is an ai-conditioned gym for your usage with small kitchen counter with sink/fridge.You can see the ocean from the gym area.
