Because of this hillside setting you can enjoy stunning sunsets every evening from your lounge chair on your pool deck. This villa is ideal if you have a large party and if you like to be in a lively area close to entertainment, nightlife and wonderful restaurants. The spaciousness of this villa is exceptional since a large number of guests can either be together in the common areas but you can also find many separate areas if you desire more privacy.
The views are endless and the villa is inviting with it’s a large open floor plan and kitchen. The beautiful designed French doors open up to the outside areas, where you can find shaded and sunny deck spaces with comfortable patio furniture and lounge chairs.
Villa Provence offers complete privacy with beautiful gardens, veranda’s on two levels and has a private entrance with electronic gate.
Bedroom(s) Description
On the main level of the villa is the a living room, kitchen, terrace and pool, along with 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and an en-suite bath and the other 2 bedrooms – each with king beds – share a bath room. There is also a powder room on this level.
The lower level is accessed from an outside set of stairs. There are 2 more large king size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an outdoor terrace with amazing ocean views. There is also a 3rd bedrooms on this level and this room is more suitable for children since it has 2 twin bed and does not offer a bathroom.
The upper level offers 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms and down stairs 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms.
All bedrooms are equipped with air- conditioning units. On the lower level there is also a play area or area where extra beds could be placed if needed.
