Racing in the Tropical sun with crystal clear water and ice cold Heinekens and their official official slogan “Serious Fun”. The 36th anniversary edition of the St Maarten Heineken Regatta will kick off on March 4 – March 6 with the pre event Gill Commodore’s Cup and will end on Kim Sha Beach Sunday March 6th.

On March 3, the Gill Commodore’s Cup will celebrate its 10th anniversary and this year the organizers invited all regatta entries to take part in this warm up race (excluding Lottery Class).

There are four days of world class racing and four nights of fun-filled Heineken parties will take place and offers something for everyone. The finishes in a different harbor each night and exhilarating sailing is followed by some of the best parties in the Caribbean. The participants and guests from all over the world will enjoy great food, ice cold (Heineken) beers and international music performers each night.

The 36th edition of the St. Maarten Heineken Regatta does not only provides world class sailboat racing combined, but also is the host of the hottest concerts and after-parties. There are concerts held every night at unique spectacular locations on the island.  We’ve seen a vast array of artists, from the legendary reggae superstars such as Jimmy Cliff, The Wailers and Shaggy to the hip hop Black Eyed Peas, Red Foo and the Party Rock Crew and last year Kool and the Gang rocking the show.
